Should have thorough knowledge about garment measurement and patterns.
Must have skills in examining and establishing proper quality operations and procedures.

Analyze tech packs, construction details, and trims to prepare for production.
Participate in PP meetings with production, merchandising, and QA teams.
Ensure all comments from the buyer (fit, construction, color) are clearly communicated to the factory floor.
Review PP samples and size set samples for quality, measurements, and workmanship.
Ensure buyer comments are implemented correctly.
Conduct inline inspections to catch and correct defects early in the production process.
Monitor key operations like stitching, printing, embroidery, washing, and finishing.
Work with the factory QA team to set and maintain quality checkpoints.
Ensure proper in-line quality control documentation is maintained.
Ensure garments are produced according to buyer-approved specs and samples.
Identify issues like shade variation, measurement deviation, poor sewing quality, etc.
Prepare goods for third-party inspections if required by the buyer.
Submit detailed inspection reports to the buying office or head QA.
Ensure all buyer documentation, including packaging and labeling, is compliant.
Give quality clearance for shipment only after confirming all quality parameters are met.
Communicate directly with buyer QA teams or liaison offices in Dhaka.
Provide updates on production quality status, issues, and corrective actions.
Work with production and QA teams to implement corrective actions for any non-conformities.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring defects.
Provide training to operators and QC on buyer-specific quality standards and defect prevention.
Ensure compliance with the buyer’s ethical and technical standards.
Suggest improvements to reduce rework, rejection, and improve product quality.
