We are a 100% compliant Knit Garments Manufacturing Unit committed to international buyer standards, ethical production, and continuous quality excellence. To strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic AGM – Quality who will take full ownership of factory-wide quality performance.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead, implement, and continuously improve factory-wide Quality Management Systems (QMS)

2. Ensure 100% adherence to buyer quality standards, audit protocols, and certifications

3. Oversee inline, end-line, and final inspections to ensure right-first-time production

4. Act as the primary point of contact for buyers regarding quality, audits, and CAP follow-ups

5. Monitor, analyze, and significantly reduce defects, rework, alterations, and rejection

6. Lead, train, develop, and evaluate QA & QC teams across all production lines

7. Ensure fabric, trims, and accessories quality, including supplier compliance

8. Analyze quality KPIs, dashboards, and reports to drive continuous improvement

9. Collaborate with Production, IE, Merchandising, and Supply Chain for end-to-end quality control

10. Drive a compliance-driven and quality-first culture throughout the organization
