Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.

• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Good knowledge & skills in Microsoft Office Management.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

• Assist to maintain the daily production plan & target as per schedule and plan for next day.

• Assist to execution and maintain production quality according to requirement.

• Preparing daily, monthly and yearly chemical, material consumption and production report.

• Coordinate with Merchandiser, CAD & QAD for sample development & pre-production.

• Maintain compliance issues and collaborates with other department as per requirement.

• Ensure non-wash defect and damage garments before starting the process.

• Documentation of the wash recipe of the developed sample, sms sample, fit sample, trial cut & shrinkage, & pilot run sample.

• Supervising the total pre-production process of wet and dry process.

• Follow up the pre-final, final production and input according to shipment priority.

• Follow up all wash recipe from R&D stage to bulk execution.

• Take bulk shade band approval from buyers.

• Any other tasks assign by the Management
