Experience:

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Lead and oversee daily knitting, dyeing and finishing operations while ensuring quality, efficiency and on time delivery
• Supervise daily dyeing and finishing operations to meet production targets
• Ensure shade consistency, fabric quality and finishing standards
• Implement process controls to minimize reprocessing, wastage and defects
• Coordinate with cross functional teams dyeing, production, QA, Merchandising and maintenance for smooth operations
• Support customer quality requirements, audits and approvals
• Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization and manpower productivity.
• Ensure compliance with chemical safety, ETP and environmental standards
• Make sure that production target, quality and on time delivery are met.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis of defects and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Prepare monthly reports on order intake, production progress, and deliveries for management.
