Responsibilities & Context:

1. Development (Fabric & Lab dips)

·         Coordinate with R&D team of new fabrics based on customer requirements (fiber content, GSM, knit structure, finishes, testing etc.).

·         Make internal PO sheet & arrange PO approval by management for development.

·         Make sure to deliver the sample fabric within timeline by communicating with related departments.

·         Color & fabrication wise lab dip requirement receive from customers & co ordinate with Lab team to arrange within minimum timeline.

·         Co-ordinate with customers to arrange the sample fabric and lab dips comments / approval.

2.  Costing & Pricing

·         Prepare cost sheets for new developments (yarn, knitting, dyeing, finishing, packing).

·         Negotiate costing with internal departments to offer competitive pricing to customers.

·         Provide price quotations to buyers in a timely manner.

3.  Order Management

·         Receive and review purchase orders (POs) from buyers as per fabric article.

·         Prepare internal order sheets as per company system (Manually / ERP) and communicate production requirements to knitting, dyeing, finishing & QA departments.

·         Monitor WIP (work-in-process) and ensure order execution aligns with timelines.

·         Monitor subcontractor unit if require for fabric production.

4.  Production Coordination

·         Follow up daily with knitting, dyeing, finishing and QA departments order wise.

·         Ensure quality specifications with internal QA department (shade, hand-feel, GSM, shrinkage, fastness, etc.) are met.

·         Solve technical challenging problems by coordinating with QA and production teams.

5.  Customer Communication

·         Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding order status, approvals, shipment plans, and potential issues.

·         Share samples, test reports, inspection reports and any required documentation.

6.  Quality Assurance

·         Review and verify fabric test reports as per buyer standards.

·         Ensure all quality checkpoints are met throughout production.

·         Coordinate with quality control teams during inspections.

7.  Shipments & Payment

·         Make sure the shipments timely for sample & bulk by coordinating with related departments (Production, Store, Comercial) as per T&A.

·         Ensure all documents (PI, invoices, packing lists, etc.) are accurate by communicating with related departments.

·         Arrange the transport in accordance with the requisition submitted to related department.

·         Arrange the LC/ TT/ RTGS as per payment system within timeline to make sure the comercial documentations.

·         Ensure all the comercial documents (EXP,IP,UP) before deliver the goods by communicating with comercial department.

·         Follow up with customers and internal finance regarding payments as per the specified payment method.

8.  Documentation + Reporting

·         Maintain order tracking sheets, T&A (Time & Action) calendars, and production schedules.

·         Prepare weekly status reports for management.

·         Prepare monthly reports on order intake, production progress, and deliveries for management.

·         Prepare monthly sales and payment reports

9.  Certifications

·         Responsible for managing Oeko-Tex, GRS, RCS, Lycra FTC, and other fabric-related certifications in coordination with the Sustainability Department.

10. Any others du􀆟es and responsibili􀆟es assigned by the company.
