Job Context:
We, JIN HONG GARMENTS LTD is a sister concern of DISHANG GROUP (China’s largest manufacturer and exporter of apparel and textiles). We are seeking an exceptionally dynamic, result-driven, and technically sound Production Manager to lead our Woven Sewing Operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong floor control, capable of driving productivity, quality excellence, and on-time delivery in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership of the woven sewing floor, ensuring achievement of production targets with optimum efficiency
Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with shipment schedules
Drive productivity improvement, line balancing, SMV achievement, and cost control initiatives
Ensure zero-defect mindset through strong quality monitoring and corrective actions
Coordinate seamlessly with IE, QA, Cutting, Planning, Maintenance, and Merchandising teams
Ensure strict adherence to Company CoC, Buyer Compliance, Safety, and Ethical Standards
Analyze production data, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement & lean manufacturing practices
Mentor, motivate, and build a high-performing team of supervisors, line chiefs, and operators
