Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 36 years
  • Excellent knowledge about sweater, knit & woven items (shirt/jacket/trouser) knowledge about various kind of sweater design, yarn, wash, print, embroidery, accessories, knit fabric, capability of arrange sample from factory as per given information from Abroad team.

  • Kids garments experience mandatory for this post.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and mail communication



Responsibilities & Context:

Buyer Communication :

  • Maintain strong, clear, and efficient communication with buyers from order receipt to final shipment. Ensure timely updates, approval follow-ups, and transparent communication to avoid surprises.
  • Sampling Management :
  • Manage all sampling stages (development, fit, size set, PP, shipment samples) and ensure samples strictly meet buyer quality standards, specifications, and timelines.

Order Confirmation & Documentation :

  • Confirm order details accurately and coordinate documentation among buyer, supplier, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution.

Fabric & Trim Coordination :

  • Coordinate with fabric and trim suppliers to ensure all materials meet buyer requirements, approvals, testing standards, and delivery schedules.

Production Follow-up :

  • Monitor Production against buyer ETD. Coordinate closely with suppliers, production, quality, print/embroidery, and washing units. Identify risks early and escalate delays immediately with corrective action plans.

Quality Control Coordination:

  • Ensure PP meetings are conducted before bulk production. Coordinate in-line and final inspections as per buyer requirements and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.

Compliance & Testing :

  • Ensure all supplier compliance, certifications, and testing requirements are followed according to customer standards before and during production.

Shipment & Delivery :

  • Coordinate packing approvals, carton markings, and packing lists. Confirm ex-factory and shipment dates. Share shipping documents with buyers on time and proactively communicate any delays to avoid last-minute issues.

Internal Coordination & Reporting :

  • Maintain daily coordination with QC, production, sourcing, and planning teams. Prepare weekly merchandising status reports highlighting risks, delays, and critical issues for management review.

Problem Solving & Risk Management :

  • Identify issues related to fabric, quality, print, capacity, or timelines. Take immediate corrective actions, escalate critical issues with facts and solutions, and protect buyer confidence and company reputation.
