Skills Required:

• Knit garments Sample, Collection Sample, Development Sample, Management Sample, Product Risk Assessment, Sample Quality, Sample Section, Management Time Management, Ability to communicate effectively, ability to work as a team, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Communication in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and mail communication.

Experience Requirements

• Experience handling international buyers such as H&M, Kiabi, Gemo, Auchan, etc.
• Strong knowledge of CAD and 3D systems.
• Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent knowledge about sweater, knit & woven items (shirt/jacket/trouser) knowledge about various kind of sweater design, yarn, wash, print, embroidery, accessories, knit fabric, capability of arrange sample from factory as per given information from Abroad team.
• Kids garments experience mandatory for this post.

Job Context: A leading Liaison Office in Bangladesh

Job Responsibility:

• Receive tech pack, sample request, and comments from buyer. Clarify fabric, trims, construction, measurement, artwork, and fit details.
• Share sample status regularly and follow up for approvals with T&A.
• Track each stage: fabric sourcing → cutting → sewing → finishing → dispatch. Ensure lab dips, strike-offs, prints, embroidery are approved before sample making.
• Manage all development samples such as: Proto / First sample, Fit sample, Size set, PP sample, Salesman / Photo / GPT sample, Shipment sample
• Ensure samples meet buyer quality standards, workmanship, and measurement tolerance. Measurement check and visual inspection before sending. Coordinate with QC & pattern team for correction. Receive buyer comments and analyze issues. Communicate corrections clearly to factory. Arrange re-sampling quickly to avoid delay.
• Work closely with Pattern & CAD team/Cutting & sewing team/Print & embroidery/Quality control to Ensure sample is 100% as per buyer expectation, not factory assumption.
• Documentation & Record Keeping - Maintain sample files/Tech pack versions/Approval comments/Fabric & trim details
• Ensure approved sample is reference for bulk production. Identify potential issues early-Fabric delay/Print quality/Fit or construction problem/Escalate immediately to avoid bulk problems.
