• Previous experience in merchandising.

• Garment Costing and Pricing.

• Strong organizational and decision making skills.

• End to End knowledge on Garment execution.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Commercial awareness.

• Product Assortment: Collaborate with the design and product development teams to curate a compelling assortment of apparel products that align with brand positioning, customer preferences, and market trends.

• Merchandising Strategy: Develop and execute merchandising plans for ensuring optimal product presentation, assortment, and placement to drive sales.

• Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs

• Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales

• Planning and developing merchandising strategies.

• Liaising between customer and company.

• Forecasting sales and profits.

• Managing budgets.

• ERP System knowledge and the Bulk execution Knowledge.
