∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation according to the buyers' requirement
∎ Sample receive from buying house
∎ Size set approval, pattern correction
∎ Inspect & keeping record of shade band of fabric, Shrinkage, twisting etc.
∎ Check styling as per sample
∎ Check cut panel report with measurement report
∎ Check QC size set making and fix up to the solving problem
∎ Report to concern person regarding size set before bulk production and measurement
∎ Check about cutting and sewing layout
∎ Check sewing line process
∎ Check quality of output garments
∎ Ensure security & product safety
∎ Ensure orders from customer or buying house and follow up production process.
∎ Coordinate with buying house merchandiser or QC team for production process follow up to ensure on time shipment of quality product.
∎ Maintain regular communication with Customer, buying house, Wash factory, Print or Embroidery factory, Accessories and Fabric supplier to ensure smooth production process and identify any process lag.
∎ Develop sample upon customer requirement.
∎ Finishing measurement check and keeping report.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Highly energetic individual with strong ethical and moral standard.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computer MS Office packages.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
