∎ Training/Trade Course: Must have knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, internet and email, etc.

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Quality control, Quality Controller/ Assurance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate & problem the company's quality system & the product quality improvement process to meet.
∎ Identify & pinpoint on possible production problem & solutions.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection and testing.
∎ Control, document and ensure quality benchmark at each step of the production process starting from raw material and fabric receipt through sewing and finishing.
∎ Validate quality processes by establishing-Product specifications and quality Measuring production & Documenting evidence, Determining operational and performance qualification.
∎ Conduct floor audits and manage first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Develop and maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinate objectives with production procedures in co-operation with the Manager of Manufacturing.
∎ Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, and some other departments.
∎ To arrange PP meeting to find out required attachment quality control system according to style.
∎ Managing the weekly, Quarterly, Rolling forecast process by collecting, analyzing and result.
∎ Product different reports as per requirement.
∎ If any discrepancies happen then it needs to be informed to Authority of Quality Dept. to get action.
∎ Conduct goods & sample pre- check & ensure customer's specification construction & fitting are meet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Man power set-up.
∎ Factory Evaluation.
