• Bachelors or Master’s degree in any subjects but preferable in Business Administration / International Trade / Supply Chain.

• Solid understanding of LC handling, export procedures, bonded warehouse, and customs regulations 
• Have a solid plan to minimize costing in each and every issue of commercial and lead the company higher management in terms of company benefits and facilities by avoiding higher duties, customs objections, or penalties

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Commercial Professionals in Multiple position to lead our export-import and commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the RMG sector and will be responsible for managing LC, shipment, customs, bank dealings, and relevant activities. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth commercial execution from order to export.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial operations including LC opening, customs clearance, bond management, shipping documentation, and export procedures.
• Manage Customs Bond-related operations, including preparation and participation in Yearly Customs Bond audit of Garments Accessories.
• Prepare and submit UP (Utilization Permission)/UD on time.
• Ensure compliance with government rules, regulations, BGMEA/Customs policies, and bond license usage
• Coordinate with banks, C&F agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for timely execution of imports & exports.
• Checking and confirm all shipping doc need experience on bond license import & export, UP apply.
• Manage all commercial documentation such as PI, LC, BL, Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List, UD, UP, GSP, etc.
• Renew and amend Bond Licenses; liaise with customs authorities as required.
• Lead the logistics team for smooth operation of inbound & outbound shipment tracking.
• Ensure timely submission of export incentives, VAT rebate, and bond audit reports.
• Liaise with internal departments (production, store, finance) to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in shipping and freight without compromising quality or deadlines.
• Ensure on-time delivery of goods to buyers as per contractual and logistical requirements.
• Manage Govt. Office in respect of Custom, VAT issues
• Impart to Custom Audit, Co-ordination with C&F, Custom and EPZ Commercial.
