∎ Minimum Graduation from a reputed university with good academic track record. Background in O & A level is also highly preferred.

Job Context:
∎ A renowned export based Knit Composite Garments located at Gazipur is looking for suitable candidate as GM/ Sr. GM (Marketing & Merchandising)
∎ Job location: Uttara, Dhaka Head office and Gazipur, Factory Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all the activities related to Order taking, Merchandising & timely shipment of knit garment products efficiently as per schedule.
∎ The candidate will be solely responsible to procure profitable knit garments order as per the capacity of the factory (3 - 3.5 million pcs per month). He will have to lead a Team of senior level Marketing & Merchandising professionals & execute the taken orders very professionally.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having minimum 12 years of hands on experience in managing Marketing & Merchandising activities of export based knit Garment products in reputed factories are only encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on knit products & its costing and should be capable to follow up orders from order taking to shipment.
∎ The candidate should have the capacity to source new buyers & maintain effective liaison with existing/new buyers in connection with taking profitable orders & meeting export target.
∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and good knowledge in computer applications.
