Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team across Bangladesh.
Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Identify market opportunities and expand distribution channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and distributors.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
