∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in QC, and 3 years of experience in a similar position

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create a strategic plan to reduce quality defect issues during the production process of the producer
∎ Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / quality guidelines for the process and finish Quality as per market standard/ customer demand
∎ Continuously review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and making recommendations for improvement as appropriate
∎ Ensure guidance during the product development process for high-quality outputs
∎ Develop and analyze data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product
∎ Monitor and collect customers' satisfaction and feedback regarding product quality for further improvement
∎ Provide feedback to the producer regarding the findings related to quality
∎ Providing strong leadership to the staff, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations
∎ Train and develop the quality control staff to enhance their capacity, productivity, and quality

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Gross salary will be BDT 5,00,000/- (Negotiable) and other benefits as per company policy
