Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly supervise, monitor and coordinate the activities of all units of the project.
∎ Maintain regular liaison and deal effectively with local administration, Police station, govt and semi govt. and private organizations for ensuring smooth operations of the project.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of the work force in the project and bring out the desired result through effective team effort.
∎ Ensure sound management of the project workers to avoid any kind of unrest in the project premises.
∎ Ensure timely preparation and utilization of budget in the project.
∎ Ensure effective security of the property of the company lying/installed within the premises through the Security section.
∎ Ensure proper compliance of all existing policies of the company including Office orders & instructions issued from time to time by the competent authority.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management for the sake of the project development.
