Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading a workforce and overseeing operation of 100% Export oriented Woven garments Factory;
∎ Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations of the factory;
∎ Ensuring day-to-day production output, product quality and on-time shipment;
∎ To monitor and control all production process in sewing/cutting/finishing section.
∎ Taking necessary steps to track and optimize productivity along with maintaining standard;
∎ Monitoring operations and triggering immediate corrective actions;
∎ Ensuring concerted efforts and coordination among the departments of the production chain;
∎ Managing cost effective and sustainable operations in the factory
∎ follow production plan and achieve set production targets by analyzing individual workers performance, identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing lines as and when required.
∎ To Analyze line performance based on work efficiency, man to machine ratio and cost/pieces and plan for continuous improvement.
∎ Making sure that all the requirements of the buyers are met throughout the production chain;
∎ Ensuring that the production chains are well maintained during the audits of the different buyers;
∎ Ensuring that different operational reports have reached top management in time;
∎ Ensuring active participation in handling the administrative issues of the factory;
∎ Ensuring commitment to environment, health, safety and security inside the factory;
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have experience in the woven garments thorough out his career.
∎ At least 2/3 years of experience as GM-Production (Woven) will be preferred.
∎ Working in EPZ factory shall be an added advantage.
∎ The candidate should have capability to run the factory independently.
∎ The Candidates who are highly experienced; the educational qualification shall be relaxed for them.
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Good in MS Office package and mailing.
