Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline from any reputed Institute.
∎ Preference will be given those have Mechanical & Power Engineering background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To responsible all the Production process of factory & determine the target of daily production & quality.
∎ To make planning for most production outcome in according to total order requirements with use of available resources.
∎ Smooth production through technical back up & reduce costing.
∎ Coordinate with maintenance team to support production capacity are increasing with uninterruptedly use of machine resources. Whenever if needed for the purposes of troubleshooting give them proper suggestion or instruct them through brainstorming sessions.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To follow up the production schedule to keep the supply chain in an optimum level.
∎ To take the responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues & all necessary safety measures in connection with the production.
∎ Collaborate with senior management and decision makers to share information for problem solving.
∎ To maintain confidentiality of Companies information and documents strictly and sincerely.
∎ Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, new product development, and market research and brand strategy.
∎ Calculate loss time and controlling down timings.
∎ Monitor Issuing materials against approval requisition and ensure control through established internal control procedure.
∎ Ensure Co-operation and Co-ordination with of Marketing, Accounts and concern department regarding store issues.
∎ Daily/Monthly Report Preparation according to Inventory Flow Movement and submit to Internal Audit / Proper authority.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management as per requisition of Companies requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good knowledge in Jute Yarn, Sacking, and Hessian Cloth making process.
∎ Preference will be given for those candidates have outstanding track record on same field.
∎ Good in computer operation and office suit software. i.e: MS Excel, MS Word, Internet & e-mail etc.
Salary: Negotiable
