Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors' degree in any discipline having relevant experience.
∎ Textile/Engineering Background will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 13 to 18 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning all the relevant activities for smooth & efficient production based on demand & capacity.
∎ Coordinating with all external parties & internal departments to meet monthly production.
∎ Reviewing the operation strategies & updating/upgrading time to time.
∎ Monitoring order status regularly & planning proper utilization of production capacities.
∎ Scrutinizing the bottlenecks & finding proper solution of same.
∎ Analyzing customer demand & planning to implement accordingly.
∎ Presenting monthly report to the Top management by highlighting the pros & cons of existing strategies and operating methods.
∎ Ensuring the continuous development staffs working performance & working environment.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by Top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants must have impressive personality.
∎ Should have sufficient analytical capability.
∎ Should be capable to coordinate large team.
∎ Must have good command in English.
∎ Ability to implement the planning smoothly.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills.
