Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline. Preference in textile Garments Related Department.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead factory independently
∎ Mailing correspondence with buyer /Overseas Vendors / Govt. official independently.
∎ To manage the entire factory operations, starting from order receiving to shipment.
∎ Increase production, quality and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining compliance.
∎ To ensure consistent monitoring of day-to-day quality, production, systems, standards and work in progress leading to continuous improvements.
∎ Capacity analysis and planning flow of work to get maximum productivity output and eliminate idle time.
∎ Manpower budgeting and allocations as per future planning.
∎ To maintain constant supply chain.
∎ Ensure all tasks in all departments are done according to SOP.
∎ To manage the entire factory operations, starting from order receiving to shipment.
∎ Prepare production layout and follow-up accordingly.
∎ Ensure quality of the Goods as per buyer requirement.
∎ Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to ensure on-time delivery
∎ Coordinate all department for smooth Our product manufacturing.
∎ To motivate the workforce for achieving the company's goal.

∎ Strong leadership capability, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.

∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ English and Bengali proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
