Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for formulating, executing and monitoring strategy in order
∎ to meet monthly, quarterly & annual sales target of organization.
∎ Ability to work independently to create new buyer & make order to meet
∎ organization Sales Goal.
∎ monthly, quarterly & annual sales target of organization.
∎ Meet monthly sales targets through the company's Sales Plan.
∎ Develop new Client & Promoting Our Product.
∎ Daily Communication with the buyer Within Country & Abroad for procuring
∎ order.
∎ Should be able to handle International buyers Like, H&M, Lidl, Walmart, Zara,
∎ M&S. Aldi, Tesco etc.
∎ Abel to deal with Foreign Buyer independently for all the marketing activities.
∎ Plan, organize and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales
∎ targets of Our Product.
∎ Extensive coordination with production management and customers.
∎ Conduct customer needs analysis, capture requirements, analyze, prepare and
∎ submit proposals to potential customers.
∎ Candidate should be Energetic, Confident and Proactive to his assigned Jobs.
∎ Willing to work under pressure with monthly target.
∎ Develop, establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing customers
∎ To follow marketing activities as per company policy.
∎ Set sales targets and plan accordingly and take initiatives to hit the target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Age Minimum 35.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments / Accessories Marketing.
∎ Strong leadership capability, team management, problem solving and multi-
∎ tasking skill.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ English and Bengali proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
