Job Responsibilities:
∎ As an Operation Head (Marketing & Production), the position holder will be responsible for total Marketing & Merchandising department for multiple accounts and Managing the employees and end to end operations of the Production Unit using available machinery/technology.
∎ Responsible for total marketing and merchandising department.
∎ Strong ability on Supply chain/Backward linkage management.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology. Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products
∎ Lead and monitor the activities of Knitting, Dying, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Quality, and other related departments and provide a necessary guideline to perform the jobs effectively to enhance productivity
∎ Responsible for production & manpower planning on past and future production projections based on factory floor level capabilities and constraints.
∎ Cost control, operational excellence, efficiency, timely delivery and Quality output.
∎ Wastage control at raw material, WIP and finished goods stage, Purchase, Procurement & Inventory Management.
∎ Takes actions to minimize losses, rejects, and reworks on daily basis.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to maintain the production schedule.
∎ Maintain the health safety, applicable legal compliance, neat and tidy condition.
∎ Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machinery
∎ To monitor policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced to an optimal limit.
∎ To follow up the production schedule to keep the supply chain in an optimum level.
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase production. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
∎ To maintain confidentiality of Companies information and documents strictly and sincerely.
∎ Collaborate with senior management and decision makers to share information for problem solving.
