Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Marketing, MBA/Masters (in any discipline) from a reputed university (Bachelor degree with an extraordinary ability & experience may also be considered).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Takes responsibility for overall monitoring and supervision of all merchandising and marketing activities for the company
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets
∎ Manages relationship with key customers
∎ Drives the formulation of sales and marketing strategy of the Company
∎ Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence
∎ Tracks and takes necessary steps to ensure the achievement of periodic order booking and delivery targets for the company
∎ Gathers relevant data continuously on pricing patterns to aid pricing decisions for the Company
∎ Regularly collects and analyses competitor information through market intelligence and other sources
∎ Develops plan to establish the Company as a brand
∎ Negotiates price and value of company product with customers and finalizes orders
∎ Follows up with customers on a regular basis to ensure timely collection of dues to ensures adherence to the collection target plan and timelines in the process
∎ Maintains sound customer relations in the market with the dual objectives of retaining existing customers and acquiring new customers
∎ Coordinates with Operations and Integrated Planning for procurement, production planning, and timely dispatch
∎ Coordinates with Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner
∎ Lead the merchandising team of the Company
∎ Handling and planning overall merchandising process of 'woven export order'
∎ Product development, consumption, costing & procurement of Denim/Non Denim item.
∎ Able to face any situation. Good communicate skill with customers as well as suppliers.
∎ Reporting the top management on regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill in English (spoken & written).
∎ Should have excellent command in Computer Operation particularly in MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable
