Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform scheduled/ preventive/ break down maintenance of continuous process machinery such electrical & electro-mechanical machineries inside the factory including Generator, Boiler, Compressor, CRP, WTP and etc.
∎ To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of old and new machinery.
∎ Lead & direct due diligence efforts with internal team, local jurisdictions, external consultants and supervise the all-work activities are on schedule and within budget.
∎ Execute timely operational plans and align the team to achieve departmental goals. Plan and supervise schedule maintenance of process machinery and related to other machineries.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials. Submit annual/monthly budget for Maintenance purpose of Mechanical Dept. Co-ordinate with Production dept. & ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods. Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the maintenance department.
∎ Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment.
∎ Analyze Energy consumption according to machine to take plan for reduce, reuse and recycle the energy for sustainable consumption.
∎ To make plan to increase the sustainability index of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very good knowledge in MS Office Application and Abilitry to lead Mechanical team during emergency.
