∎ Masters or B.Sc in Textile / Marketing from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Germents and Textile, Textile marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services
∎ Developing and recommending pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run
∎ Plans for the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets
∎ Sales program to generate new referrals
∎ Plans to sustain and increase patient referral from Info Centers
∎ Recommending changes in basic structure and organization of marketing group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provides the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities
∎ Evaluating market reactions to major marketing activities and ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have experienced in Marketing (Yarn Dyeing) with large Textile industry.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
