∎ 15 to 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, managing and executing production operations.
∎ Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
∎ Responsible for ensuring process operation within permissible limits, cost control and efficiency improvement.
∎ Estimate costs and set the quality standards
∎ Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
∎ Supervise and motivate a team of workers
∎ Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
∎ Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes
∎ Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
∎ Supervising the production team in scheduling the actions according to priority and as per company requirements. Evaluate performance of production executives.
∎ Preparation of periodical production performance reports for sharing with management.
∎ Ensuring production performance and quality as per set targets and standards.
∎ Ensuring production operations as per set SOPs. Lead and inspire team for better performance.
∎ Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.
∎ Ensure following of Labor Laws, industrial safety, social compliance and human rights standards in the department.
∎ Drive factory production and continuous improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
∎ Address employee concerns and complaints in professional manner.
