Job Context:
∎ Akand Textile Mills Ltd. is looking for dynamic, experienced and self-motivated personnel for this position.
∎ Job Location: Gazipur Factory Site.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To operate, manage and organized whole factory including labour production and admin
∎ Planning and Organizing production schedules.
∎ Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
∎ Labor utilization and line balancing follow up.
∎ Commando operators efficiency follow (production card)
∎ Operator Skill card Update when required
∎ Pre planning of man, machine and attachment requirements
∎ Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization's products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have min 15 years practical experience in similar position from any Large Spinning Mills in Production and Operations.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation.
∎ Sound knowledge in Ring & Auto Cone Will be Given Preference.
