Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (M.Sc), Bachelor of Science (BSc) / B.Sc/ M.Sc (IPE)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and follow-up total production flow ensuring optimum capacity utilization of the production facilities.
∎ Figure out deviations and guide rectifications to production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production.
∎ Identify the production bottlenecks and ensure elimination in a proficient manner.
∎ Ensure supportable efficiency with constant improvements.
∎ Safeguard the organization through appropriate cost management in the processes involved and strive for maximum profitability.
∎ Remain up-to-dated information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage
∎ Conduct regular training programs for the human resources to assure the output of all skilled.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Latest effective Production Techniques, Production Planning, Buyer management, Compliance, Fabrics etc.
