∎ Remain accountable for the utmost utilization and efficient outcome from the dyeing facilities.
∎ Focus on continuous improvement and development in the departmental activities.
∎ Ensure introduction and implementation of good practices.
∎ Develop a team of professionals with good skills.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
