∎ Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university.
∎ Bachelor’s should be in either Marketing or in a Science based major
∎ Candidates with Master’s Degree will be given preference

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Should have know-how of the production processes of Packaging Materials (Carton, Poly) and Garments Accessories (Button, Poly, Paper Trims, Label, etc).
∎ Must have at least 3 years’ experience in senior level positions.
∎ Must have experience with customers in the Export Industry.
∎ Should have experience with customers in the Local Industry.
∎ Must have pleasant personality.
∎ Must have an optimistic attitude.
∎ Must be very good at logical reasoning.
∎ Must have good interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have good convincing skills.
∎ Must be able to execute with nominal supervision from reporting senior.
∎ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish new Customers and Increase Sales for a Packaging and Garments Accessories Manufacturing industry.
∎ Maintain liaise and increase sales with the existing customers of the same industry.
∎ Ensure cross team-work for the purposes of costing, sales, planning, trouble-shooting, day-to-day workflow management.
∎ Propose cost reduction strategies to increase profitability.
∎ Liaise very closely with Production Team to contribute towards excellence in performance.
∎ Contribute to the Production Planning.
∎ Effectively conduct market research, especially with regard to demand and market price.
∎ Provide periodic marketing plan and ensure effective implementation of the same.
∎ Provide sales and other necessary budgets to the Management.
∎ Planning and implementing sales promotion and advertising schemes for maintaining long term business relations.
