∎ Age at least 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager / Deputy General Manager of the Marketing & Merchandising Department for Pretty Composite Textiles Ltd.; a sister concern of Pretty Group.
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge of the Knit Industry.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
∎ To search and develop business with new buyers.
∎ Team Player and Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
∎ Supervised the costing and pricing of the products and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, and lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval/per-production/delivery.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to the planned 'Time and Action Plan' regularly to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
