Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Poultry Science / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Agriculture or equivalent.

Minimum 15 years of experience in Breeder, Hatchery, and Layer Farm Operation Management in a reputed poultry company.
Strong knowledge of poultry health, breeding management, hatchery technology, and farm biosecurity.
Proficient in data analysis, planning, and team leadership.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of Breeder Farms, Layer Farm and Hatcheries to ensure targeted performance and production efficiency.
Oversee the health, feeding, lighting, and vaccination programs across all farms and hatchery units.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and record-keeping formats for farm and hatchery management.
Monitor and analyze variance reports (Standard vs. Actual) related to bird health, body weight, feeding, production, and hatchability.
Prepare and execute annual DOC production plans, ensuring alignment with company targets.
Supervise and coordinate the technical and managerial aspects of farm and hatchery operations to achieve maximum productivity.
Liaise with breeders and equipment suppliers to ensure optimum utilization of breeds, incubators, and hatchery machinery.
Ensure biosecurity, hygiene, and environmental control measures are strictly followed at all units.
Provide technical training and skill development programs for farm managers, hatchery in-charges, supervisors, and workers.
Conduct performance evaluation and capacity-building initiatives for team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Regularly review and implement strategies to improve fertility, hatchability, FCR, and bird survivability.
Maintain effective coordination between breeder farms, hatcheries, and the market to ensure smooth supply chain management.
Prepare and present operational and production reports to higher management with recommendations for improvement.
