Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors' degree in any discipline having relevant experience.
∎ PGD in compliance will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 13 to 18 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating all the activities related to internal & external compliance audit & accomplishment of CAPS within stimulated time period.
∎ Incumbent should be sufficiently conversant with existing labor laws, Company act, social compliance, C-TPAT, technical & environmental compliance as per Alliance-Accord Standards.
∎ Cooperating with government/Autonomous legal authorities for attaining/updating all kinds of legal certification.
∎ Should have vast practical experience in all standard of ISO, BSCI, Sedex, WRAP , CT- Pat etc
∎ Maintaining timely & proper relationship with external auditor like SGS, VB, ITS, Elevate etc.
∎ To ensure all facilities involving health & safety measures.
∎ Implementing compliance related training to worker & staffs.
∎ Maintaining proper relationship with regional office of Police Station, Fire Station, BGMEA, Auditors etc.
∎ Maintaining & reporting all kinds of compliance data to top management as required.
∎ Ensuring the compliance issues of sub-contracting companies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Incumbent should have pleasant personality.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills to maintain good relationship with all parties.
∎ Should have good command in spoken & written English.
∎ Able to handle big team.

Salary: Negotiable
