∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Mobile Financial Services, Banking, Telecommunication, Investment Banking, Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), E-commerce·
∎ Risk Management certification or equivalent practical experience will be preferred·
∎ Previous track record in risk assessment exercises in formulation business strategy, plan and roadmap, and influence over cross-functional stakeholders will be preferred

∎ Hands on experience in Business analytics, Data analysis, Data visualization

∎ The purpose of Strategic Risk Management is to safeguard bKash, its investors, customers, reputation, assets, and the interests of stakeholders by identifying and managing all internal and external threats to the achievement of its strategic goals and business objectives.·
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Assist implementing strategic risk management framework in dynamic business environment·
∎ Contribute to development and execution of business strategy through effective risk identification, assessment and mitigation·
∎ Identify and collect external data to embed and support the strategic risk management framework·
∎ Conduct research and analysis on local and global, macro and micro trends of relevant industries and related risk exposures or opportunities to the organization, financial inclusion, new products and technology innovations in Fintech space and sustainability.
∎ Oversight of organization’s potential reputational risk exposures from available internal and external news and information sources, identification, and assessment of impact, devising mitigation strategy, monitoring and follow up risk responses.
∎ Maintain strong working relationships with businesses and functions through committee and other networks to ensure that strategic risks to the business are recognized and mitigated.· Monitoring and follow up on the implementation of organizations’ strategic risk management action plans and risk response strategies·
∎ Update and monitor various business indicators, lead the analyses, and communicate risk reports·
∎ Maintain risk registers
