Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Buyer Development, Order Procurement, Correspond, Liaise and Communicate with the buyers regarding Capacity booking, Order taking, New Development etc.
∎ Develop samples of current trends, Work out production capacity and production planning and execution.
∎ To work out and provide T&A for current and future orders.
∎ Communicate with Buying Office/ liaison office, factory people, other related departments/ sections of the company.
∎ Costing of products/ Sweater garments.
∎ Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter.
∎ Work in a team/act as an effective team member understanding company & Buyer COC.
∎ Sourcing of trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At Least 15 years experience only at Marketing.
∎ Candidate must have experience in Sweater Marketing.
∎ Good analytical skill and proactive in nature to resolve issues on a timely manner.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
∎ Should be able to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.
∎ Willing to travel factory frequently (when required).
