Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelors degree/ textile Engineer from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for setting short and long term strategy of the brand
∎ Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for executing these strategies
∎ Motivate team to be agile and encourage them to live on continuous opportunity principle
∎ Need to be the strategic relationship hub for all internal & external stakeholders and offer best deal. So, in value best deal is challenging and never become handy without strong negotiation skill & teamwork
∎ Monitor supplier performance, capability development, market analysis, risk management and optimizing total value chain
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4-6 years in similar field, H&M internal Employees will be preferred
∎ Work experience in European company will be preferred
∎ Experience in managing and building strategy for production
∎ Good leadership skill
∎ Capable of solving problems and generating new ideas
∎ Ability to coordinate among multiple teams
∎ Excellent knowledge of written & spoken English
∎ Excellent computer knowledge with MS Office programs
Salary: Negotiable
