Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Identify key strategic material suppliers from various geographic regions
∎ • Support development of category strategies based on rigorous analysis of data, market dynamics, category intelligence, and business requirements
∎ • Plays lead role for negotiations, contracts, partnerships, and service levels
∎ • Work collaboratively with cross functional organizations, especially regional Material teams
∎ • Ensure right material available in right region, in right time
∎ • Conduct analysis in partnership with Strategic Planning to support procurement activities
∎ • Suggest and drive creative solutions to fabric pricing challenges
∎ • Actively drives value beyond cost - e.g., growth, innovation, risk management
∎ • Drive continuous improvements in tandem with Supplier Engagement Strategy
∎ • Work with suppliers and key stakeholders to manage supplier performance and develop new capabilities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Degree in Textiles or related field
∎ • Experience in fabric, yarn sourcing and deal with mills globally
∎ • Ability to plan and lead complex negotiations
∎ • Experience on project, process management
