Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Electrical Electronic Engineering
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training on generator is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the generators are well monitored and indicators to detect evidence of operating problems are well anticipated for corrective measures.
∎ Control or maintain generator auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, fans, compressors, condensers, and feed water heaters, filters, to supply water, fuel, lubricants, air, or auxiliary power.
∎ Regulate generator operations and conditions, such as water levels, based on generator data
∎ Record and compile operational data by completing and maintaining forms, logs, or reports.
∎ • Clean, lubricate, or maintain the generators including related auxiliary parts such as, pumps, or compressors, to prevent failure or deterioration.
∎ Take regulatory action, based on readings from charts, meters and gauges, at established intervals. .
∎ Make adjustments or minor repairs, such as tightening leaking gland and pipe joints.
∎ • Ensure standby emergency electrical generators on line in emergencies and monitor the temperature, output, and lubrication of the system.
∎ • Ensure the generators are fuelled at all times and fuel consumption record is maintained
∎ Maintain the generator log books each day by entering the start running hours and the end reading.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
