Sound knowledge of Denim Wash
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Planning and Management: Develop efficient washing plans to optimize production output. Identify key performance indicators and improvement strategies. Monitor the production schedule and set targets for workers to meet shipment deadlines.
∎ Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with production and merchandising departments to achieve production goals. Ensure seamless communication and coordination among various teams. Consult with merchandising and production units to assess fabric requirements.
∎ Quality Control and Budget Management: Maintain a focus on minimizing garment rejections and ensuring quality standards. Work within budget constraints while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing wastage.
∎ Machine and Chemical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of washing machines, procedures, and chemical actions. Make technical decisions and provide guidance to ensure efficient production.
∎ Leadership and Team Management: Led a large washing unit encompassing various departments. Set targets for subordinates and ensure accountability for achieving them. Prepare work schedules, delegate tasks, and provide technical support to suppliers.
∎ Compliance, Safety, and Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with safety standards and manage safety audits. Lead research and development efforts to improve wash processes. Identify and address root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions.
