∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Experience in construction of garments & manufacturing industry;
∎ Working Experience in Japan and within Japanese business environments;
∎ Demonstrated negotiation skills with customers in the sales or service industry;
∎ Japanese Language Proficiency (N1/N2 Certification required);
∎ Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the culture of Japanese Companies.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute an annual plan aligned with overall business objectives;
∎ Experience of top-level management in Japanese Company and other relevant field with ability to fulfill responsibilities in order to maximize the effectiveness of the Company’s overall operation in Bangladesh;
∎ Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction and manufacturing processes;
∎ Identify new sales channels and market segments to expend the customer base;
∎ Monitor the comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of the goal of the company by cost-effective planning and execution of activities.
