∎ Master Mariner,Holding Class-I COC from recognized authority.
∎ DPA (Designated Person Ashore)/ CSO (Company Security Officer) course attendance certificate holder will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Shipping Operation, Survey
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and control the respective team to manage operational activities effectively and efficiently.
∎ Take part in developing and monitoring system to receive laden cargo from mother vessel and delivery from terminal.
∎ Supervise and monitor the operational activities of the particular petroleum oil tankers/Carrier vessels.
∎ Contribute to guide the team to achieve maximum trip utilization of tankers and target i.e. 'no loss.'
∎ Drive the concern team for operational excellence in cargo and vessel management.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of concern lighter vessels while carrying cargo from mother vessel to factory.
∎ Cooperate the team while collaboration with third party surveyors and monitor their jobs of carrying dry cargo, edible oil etc.
∎ Collaborate with shipbuilding and dockyard unit for safe and secured carriage of cargo from factory.
∎ Supervise and analyze the operational activities of the particular team, prepare reports with the proper recommendations of management.
∎ Develop the relevant team competency by imparting training programs based on present and future needs.
∎ Undertake cost control initiatives after having discussions with associated team.
∎ Survey specific vessels independently before 3rd party inspections if necessary.
∎ Visit various vessels physically on different riverine parts of the country as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft office
∎ Interpersonal skill.
∎ Physically fit.
∎ Strategic leadership skills and proactive attitude.
