Job Responsibilities:
∎ Graduate / Masters Degree with in any discipline from reputed Foreign or local University.
∎ Candidate possessing with Professional Certificates would get preference.
∎ preference may be given to the individual's having at least 10-15 years of experience in the leadership position.
∎ Experience of leadership role in large organizations, managing various portfolio and delivery of key and multidisciplinary projects.
∎ Process excellent leadership and business process re engineering, strart-up operation, strategy analysis and management knowledge of corporate re structuring and change.
∎ Drive the organization through change management process with new technology trends and sound knowledge of setting up multi disciplinary team for execution of desired results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and called for an interview.
∎ Market based salary as recommended by selection Board and approved by Board of Directors.
Salary: Tk. 300000 - 600000 (Monthly)
