Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Pharm or MBA from any recognized University.
∎ MBA in Marketing will be evaluated priority basis.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Business plan, new Strategies & Restructuring of sales policy to achieve month to month sales target of Pharmaceuticals product.
∎ Increase Market share and volume through successful design and implementation of Marketing plan.
∎ Defining market, coordinating new product developments, SWOT analysis.
∎ Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's sales proceeds and collection.
∎ Leads the Sales Workforces, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring and career development.
∎ Responsible for the region's forecasting and sales tracking as per set plan and daily sales monitoring.
∎ Responsible for on the job training and development of front-line sales force and provide appropriate feedback.
∎ Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market.
∎ Liaisons with other functional members in rolling out promotional plans and product launches.
∎ Identify new markets and business opportunities.
∎ Perform any other assignment from Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Brand Promotion, Business development, Consumer Durable- Sales & Marketing.
∎ Minimum 12 years experience in a reputed Pharmaceuticals Company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals Company.
∎ Age 35 to 45 years (May be relax for highly experienced candidate).
