• Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level position.

• Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh pharmaceutical market, DGDA policies, and regulatory landscape. Proven leadership in strategic planning, brand building, and business growth.

• Excellent understanding of sales, marketing, and production operations.

• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of integrity, vision, and commitment to innovation and quality.

Location: Head Office – 17/4 (2nd Floor), Tolarbag, Mirpur-1, Dhaka-1216.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s strategic direction to ensure sustainable growth, operational excellence, and competitive leadership in the Bangladeshi pharmaceutical market.

• Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with DGDA regulations, national healthcare priorities, and the Board’s vision.

• Oversee financial performance, driving profitability through robust budgeting, cost management, and effective capital allocation.

• Champion innovation in R&D to introduce high-quality, affordable therapeutic solutions tailored to the evolving healthcare needs of Bangladesh.

• Cultivate strategic relationships with DGDA, Ministry of Health, hospitals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and nationwide distribution networks.

• Ensure strict compliance with WHO-GMP, ISO certifications, and all local regulatory frameworks, maintaining audit readiness at all times.

• Strengthen internal leadership by mentoring senior executives and building a high-performing, succession-ready management team.

• Provide strategic oversight to core departments—including Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance—to ensure seamless and compliant operations.

• Drive performance culture through data-driven KPIs, accountability mechanisms, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead digital transformation across the organization to enhance efficiency, agility, and real-time decision-making capabilities.

• Represent Globex Pharma at industry associations, policy dialogues, and strategic negotiations to safeguard and promote corporate interests.

• Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance, business ethics, and social responsibility in line with national development goals.
