Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduated (having science up to HSC).
∎ Graduated from Science faculty are highly preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of volume objectives.
∎ Achievement of key product objectives.
∎ Territory objectives.
∎ Validation of chemist list.
∎ Vacant territory management.
∎ Core customer relationship.
∎ On the job training of MPO.
∎ Monitoring field activities of team.
∎ Ensuring total coverage as per divisional standards of costumers.
∎ Ensuring implementation of promotional strategies & utilization of inputs.
∎ Suggesting, addition, deletion & restructuring of territory.
∎ Ensure effective distribution by: proper stock list management, operations, strategies & inputs
∎ Doctor's group meet: Basic ground work like selection of doctor, selection of speaker & arrangements and day to day report to head office.
∎ OPD campaigns and report to head office.
∎ Short listing of institute, permission of superintend or dean, ensuring inventory.
∎ Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly cash revenue streams for every product.
∎ Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 Years of Experience in relevant field.
∎ To be able to work in stress condition.
