∎ 05 -07 years as a managerial position in any group of companies·
∎ The applicants should have experience in any Agro based Food & Beverage Company·
∎ Must be conversant in English and Bengali language both in writing and speaking.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify mission, vision & business objectives as per company's business goals.
∎ Business developments meeting, planning, target prepare & budgeting.
∎ Identify, create, and develop new market opportunities.
∎ Support and lead company products sales, growth and continuous cost & quality improvements in the business·
∎ Manage all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels·
∎ Minimizes sales returns/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns, developing a depletion plan and avoiding overstocking the points of sales·
∎ Responsible for transforming the operational efficiency in meeting the customer's expectation in terms of timely delivery, quality & satisfaction.
∎ To lead a team and make them same skilled to identify and solve any sort of problem.
∎ Maintains close contact & effective liaison with different govt./semi-govt./private organizations on various issues related to company's business.
∎ Promotes and develops sales and loyalty programs to meet or exceed goals.
∎ Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations and other related activities.
∎ Keep up-to-date with all organizational changes and business developments.
∎ Other duties as shall be required by the management.
