∎ MBA / Masters from reputed University with good academic background

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario
∎ Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution
∎ Worked as Team Leader and motivate team members to achieve team sales targets
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship development
∎ Preparing feasibility analysis of land proposal in consultation with Management
∎ Negotiating with Land owners and preparation of proposals
∎ Price negotiation; develop the complete sales plan for key accounts
∎ Analyze the expenditure on construction materials to track the actual costs of project.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in real estate sector
∎ Self-motivated & dynamic leadership
∎ Negotiation
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written)
∎ Computer literacy and online communication
