Job Context:

Naba Cropcare is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced General Manager – Sales to lead and drive nationwide sales operations. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue and profitability targets, expanding market share, managing dealer and distributor networks, leading the sales team, and ensuring sustainable business growth across all territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual and long-term sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth areas.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to formulate effective sales strategies.

  • Drive market penetration and increase market share across assigned territories.

  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

  • Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.

  • Develop and strengthen dealer, distributor, and retailer networks nationwide.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure effective channel partner management and relationship development.

  • Identify and appoint new distributors in potential markets.
