Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set the yearly, quarterly and monthly sales targets of the products based on the existing market potential of a specific territory.
∎ Distribute the set target to the team and specific individuals; develop and monitor a specific strategy or roadmap to achieve the monthly targets of the team and individuals.
∎ Supervise Sales Team to ensure that the individual and departmental sales goals and quotas are met.
∎ Be proficient in VR, and CRM tools. Utilize CRM to record all opportunities and ensure completion of proper follow-up.
∎ Work directly with sales team, retail and corporate customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnections in the sales process.
∎ Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network.
∎ Oversee and manage all departmental and operational aspects of the dealership in order to meet and exceed volume and financial goals.
∎ Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance accordingly.
∎ Report sales progress to the concerned authorities.
∎ Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation, and lead profitability of your teams.
∎ Lead all showroom activities and maintain an experienced level of product knowledge.
∎ Ensure high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyze these metrics to isolate areas for improvement.
∎ Mentor new and experienced sales representatives on standard methodologies for improving performance.
∎ Guarantee delivery that includes an introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first service appointment.
∎ Forecast goals and objectives for dealership on a monthly and annual basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The ability to set a vision and mission with concurrence of the Board
∎ The ability to build the brand and brand image
∎ The ability to set and execute a 3 year business goal & plan (with targeted MS)
∎ The ability to build, implement & monitor a full team to achieve the above three points
∎ Candidates having strong corporate customer network will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
