Convert Leads through telephonic or Email communications.
Responsible to handle customer inquiries both telephonic and by email.
Responsible to research required information using available resources; different directories & sources and forward prospective leads to Sales Team.
Responsible to provide product and service information to Customer.
Responsible to enter new customer information in ERP.
Responsible to update and follow up existing customer information.
Being up to date about the recent trends of the Automobile Industry.
Responsible to documented all call information according to standard operating procedure.
